Comment (by bump):

 The FRT version at the above web page does not seem to be the whole paper.
 Both `SL_q(n)` and `GL_q(n)` have antipodes. For `GL_q(n)` the
 q-determinant (needed for the antipode) is invertible, and for `SL_q(n)`
 the q-determinant is 1.
