The code provided is far to be working on any UFD as you have to factor
the unit! But we know for sure that it will work for polynomial rings
whose base ring provides a `nth_root` method. It would make sense to move
the code to generic polynomial. As there is not a lot of examples of UFD
in Sage it is hard to say that this code is useful for general UFD.
