OK, good, I checked that it also works on boxen and Solaris (Sparc)(t2).
On t2 I also tried few things from the package:

sage: from pGroupCohomology.dickson import DICKSON
sage: D = DICKSON(3)
sage: d_3_1 = D(3,1)
sage: d_3_1
y0^18*y1^6 + ...

I give it a positive review (despite my name mentioned in SPKG, I only
contributed an idea for a fix, but I didn't touch the code).
