http://www.warwick.ac.uk/staff/J.E.Cremona/pari-2.4.3.svn.p4.spkg (which
upgrades to svn 12533) do the following:
1. All doctests in schemes/elliptic_curves pass except heegner.py
2. All doctests in interfaces/* pass except for two issues in gp.py
marked not tested" for now
3. All in libs/ pass except some remaining issues in gen.pyx, mostly
just fuzz but including one SIGSEGV
I thought this worth posting despite there still being issues in some of
the files it touches.
