Comment(by cremona):

 sagelib_9343-combined-new.patch replaces all previous sagelib patches.
 With this and the *two* extcode patches (extcode_9343.patch and
 9343_extcode_dokchitser-1.patch) I get only the following doctest
 failures:

 6 in number_fields:

 {{{
         sage -t  devel/sage-main/sage/rings/number_field/maps.py # 34
 doctests failed
         sage -t  devel/sage-
 main/sage/rings/number_field/number_field_ideal_rel.py # 17 doctests
 failed
         sage -t  devel/sage-
 main/sage/rings/number_field/number_field_ideal.py # 17 doctests failed
         sage -t  devel/sage-
 main/sage/rings/number_field/number_field_rel.py # 20 doctests failed
         sage -t  devel/sage-
 main/sage/rings/number_field/number_field_element.pyx # 2 doctests failed
         sage -t  devel/sage-main/sage/rings/number_field/number_field.py #
 47 doctests failed
 }}}
 which I think Jeroen is looking after, and 1 in elliptic_curves (rlm
 informed and passed buck to was):
 {{{
         sage -t  devel/sage-main/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/heegner.py #
 6 doctests failed
 }}}
 There is also a failing doctest for tanh in libs/pari/gen.pyx which I
 disabled temporarily. And there may be some doctests needing different
 32-bit output; but I have done enough for now.

 Independently of this I have upgraded the spkg to the latest svn, made
 the relavant changes to the patches in it, and added a spkg-test (with
 help from David Kirkby). I will put up a link to that when I have
 succeeded in spkg-ing it.
