All doctests are now fixed, except for some which hit
[http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1079 PARI bug
1079] and some in sage/schemes/elliptic_curves. Apparently, the PARI
update increased the memory requirements of some of the doctests, making
them fail on my machine with 3GB RAM. However, these doctests already
take a lot of memory with the vanilla sage 4.5.1, see also
