I also noticed
* `SAGE_ROOT/ipython` and `SAGE_ROOT/sage-README-osx.txt` are missing
from the new source and binary distributions.
* An extra `SAGE_ROOT/sage-python` after unpacking `sage-4.5.99.tar`.
