Should {{{sage-README-osx.txt}}} be ignored (i.e. '''not''' be under
revision control)?
Also a candidate for renaming ({{{README.MacOS_X.txt}}} or alike).

{{{sage-python}}} and {{{ipython/}}} should IMHO be in {{{.hgignore}}},
since these are not in {{{$SAGE_ROOT}}} until Sage is built.
