William, I had already posted a patch for the LLL-reduced basis thing (see
a few comments up) but you can be forgiven for not noticing it in this
crowded ticket! Yours does the same as mine and also fixes the heegner
stuff, so mine could be deleted. [Your diagnosis is 100% correct]
Perhaps we need a manager for this ticket to get it all ready for the
release manager?
