The official name of MATLAB is MATLAB, but still the Sage has:
''Mission: Creating a viable free open source alternative to Magma, Maple,
Mathematica and Matlab.''
I've tried suggesting we call MATLAB by its official name, but that fell
on deaf ears.
In general, I'd rather call programs by their official name, though in
same cases, the programs themselves are not consistent!
