Aside from the lack of punctuation (a very minor point), I think there is
a word missing in the first line: should it say "To ''minimize'' sage
build time" or something like that?
Also, if you're introducing the environment variable {{{SAGE_TUNE_pari}}},
you should also document it in the Sage installation guide -- see the
section on environment variables in
SAGE_ROOT/devel/sage/doc/en/installation/source.rst.
