Comment(by jhpalmieri):
Two more comments:
- I can't get this to build on t2. I get an error message
{{{
Extracting examples/Makefile.solaris-sparcv9
Extracting Osolaris-sparcv9/Makefile
./Configure: test: argument expected
ERROR - configure PARI with readline and gmp failed.
}}}
I've put the full log here:
[http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/palmieri/misc/pari-2.4.3.svn-12577.log].
- on a Mac OS X 10.6 machine (intel), the spkg included in
sage-4.6.prealpha1.tar seems to build fine, although I haven't finished
building the rest of Sage or doing doctests. But if I do {{{export
SAGE_TUNE_pari=yes}}}, then it doesn't build. Here's an excerpt from the
log:
{{{
In file included from ../src/test/tune.c:21:
../src/headers/pari.h:59:21: error: mpinl.h: No such file or directory
../src/test/tune.c: In function 'speed_redc':
../src/test/tune.c:213: warning: implicit declaration of function
'int_LSW'
../src/test/tune.c:213: error: invalid type argument of 'unary *'
../src/test/tune.c: In function 'speed_modii':
../src/test/tune.c:216: error: invalid type argument of 'unary *'
../src/test/tune.c: In function 'speed_remiimul':
../src/test/tune.c:220: error: invalid type argument of 'unary *'
make[2]: *** [tune.o] Error 1
./Configure: line 168: tune: command not found
}}}
If I use the new spkg
[http://cage.ugent.be/~jdemeyer/sage/pari-2.4.3.svn-12577.p2.spkg], then
it gets past this error. It's not done building yet, though...
