Comment:
This needs work now.
* It's not building on 't2'
* SPKG.txt needs updating
* If the files in {{{patches/files}} directory are not supposed to be
under revision control, then the directory should be added to .hgignore.
But it's hard to understand why the files should be present, but not under
revision control.
