I'm having problems with tuning. If I do {{{export SAGE_TUNE_pari=yes}}},
then on both sage.math and on my Intel Mac OS X 10.6, the build fails.

On sage.math at least, if I don't tell it to tune, then everything builds
and all tests pass. On the mac, everything builds, but it hasn't finished
testing.
