OK, I added the mercurial repository back in and updated it. I also did
as you suggested and copied the tachyon copyright notice into
SAGE_LOCAL/bin/ as "Tachyon-Copyright".
Thanks for looking at it!
I'm not sure how to write a good spkg-check. The doctests for Tachyon
should catch most problems I think.
