And we (still) have spkgs with (only) Python scripts, too.
If no new patches have to be applied (or old ones removed), and no
configuration changes are necessary, replacing the contents of {{{src/}}}
shouldn't be a big deal. (Though some people copy the whole spkg folder to
a new one omitting "hidden" files, i.e. the Mercurial repository! ;-) )

I'm currently preparing a second, ''optional'' reviewer patch with
stylistic changes to {{{spkg-install}}} and {{{spkg-check}}} as a
suggestion, for "review". I wonder if such would cause further excessive
testing, so I consider it optional.
I could upload one or two new spkgs soon, too. At your taste.
