SAGE_ROOT when you make a dmg file on a Mac.)

I don't know who chose to include sage-python in the top-level directory,
but since it's there, it should be tracked properly. (It's a simple
enough script I don't mind having two copies of it.) I personally don't
see the point of it and think it should be removed, but that should
probably happen on another ticket. Or maybe it should be a link to
local/bin/sage-python?
Perhaps...
