 I've opened #9914 to fix this; minimal patch up there, needs review.

 (Note that these extension modules also did not get rebuilt because they
 '''don't''' [directly] depend on PARI, despite that fact linked against
 it. Unless one links with {{{--as-needed}}}, which isn't very portable,
 the - ''potentially later obsolete'' - PARI library unnecessarily gets
 recorded as a prerequisite for those extension modules.)
