The file {{{paripriv.h}}} is also patched on Solaris.
Note William told me the file should be private to Pari (hence the "priv"
in the name), so he is not surprised it needs patching for OS X and
Solaris.
I don't actually understand what this file does, but I rather get the
feeling it is a hack of some sort.
