The spkg built OK and the output order of
{{{
Polyhedron(vertices=[(0, 1), (1, 1), (0, 1), (-1, 1), (0, 2), (0, -1), (0,
0), (0, 0), (3, -1), (0, 2), (0, -1), (1, -1), (0, 0)], verbose=True)
}}}
is as expected on OS X 10.5. I will try to test on other platforms.
