> There's no reason a double -c should be a problem. There are numerous
options that get passed to gcc multiple times. Here's a simple session
where I list the files in my directory, and look for the most recent one.
This example just shows I am totally clueless. So that couldn't have
caused the problem?
> The patch you attached is not a Mercurial patch, so could not easily be
integrated.
It wasn't intended to be integrated - it was just intended to be viewed.
It is already part of the (correctly integrated, I think) patch in the
actual spkg in the description, which is
[http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/kcrisman/numpy-1.5.0.spkg here].
Anyway, all long doctests pass with this on my 10.6 Snow Leopard computer.
And the change to spkg-install are exactly the same, so in theory this is
the only platform it should affect, meaning all other review should work.
As I said, though, I don't feel comfortable giving it final positive
review.
