Fixed by the new spkg (same location, make sure to delete
`$SAGE_ROOT/spkg/optional/gccwrapper-1.0.spkg` if you reinstall). I
recompiled all spkgs (by erasing `$SAGE_ROOT/spkg/installed/*` without
errors.
Turns out that configure calls gcc with some invalid options to figure out
the version, and then expects a certain kind of error. I changed the
wrapper to pass a single argument `gcc -option` directly through.
