 Willem: A binary distribution should be compiled with the distribution's
 compiler, so we don't necessarily have to do anything as the compiler
 ought to be in the same place. But its probably better to either recompile
 the gcc wrapper on the new system or, if that fails, deactivate it
 ("$SAGE_LOCAL/bin/wrapper off"). We can work this out in a followup ticket
 where we also remove the `LD_LIBRARY_PATH` hacks.

 Jeroen: I've updated the spkg to fix compilation on OSX. Turns out the
 updated ATLAS build script tripped over the wrapper on OSX. I guess I
 should have seen that coming as I wrote that script, but oh well...
 Investigating Solaris now.
