Good news: I managed to implement pickling for boolean monomial monoids
and boolean monomials, to fit everything into the new coercion model and
to make `TestSuite(...).run()` work on boolean polynomial rings and
boolean monomial monoids.
I am not updating my patch yet, though, since there are further issues to
fix.
