If the version of ATLAS is updated, many if not all of the Sage defaults
for different processors can be removed. I know many of them in Sage were
available in the alpha releases ages ago.
The buildbots on "hawk" and "t2.math" both use a preinstalled version of
ATLAS, so testing on those machine would have to be done with unsetting
SAGE_ATLAS_LIB in the buildbot's configuration.
