repo. If people don't work with clones, or if they use the version of
Mercurial distributed with Sage, or if they have "git=1" in their own
`.hgrc` file, this won't affect them. I suppose we could rewrite the file
in the `sage-clone` script, but I don't know if it's worth it. Opinions?
As this falls into the category of surprising (if not annoying)
"features", I'd say `sage-clone` should then copy it over.
