Otherwise the build breaks with "non-standard" compiler setups since
!PolyBoRi (or `SConstruct`) invalidates any setting of (e.g.) `LDFLAGS`,
`LD_LIBRARY_PATH` and `LIBRARY_PATH`, i.e., removes them from the
environment.
The diff is against !PolyBoRi 0.7.1.p6.
