anyway: I would leave #9138 as it is and put all fixes on #11900. When
#11900 is finished, I will merge #9138 and #11900 at the same time.
I asked because there was another case where a patch was unmerged, and the
release manager insisted on having a ''separate'' ticket for merging it
again - so, he did not simply re-opened the old ticket for that purpose.
