 New timings using the same test files as before.  Timings are best-out-
 of-3 wall times.  "baseline" is actually sage-4.7.2.alpha3 minus various
 patches (#11587, #9138).  "sage-4.7.3.alpha0" is a ''preliminary'' version
 of sage-4.7.3.alpha0, including the new PARI (#11130) and MPIR (#8664).
