I've asked upstream whether they can get rid of the use of nested
functions, I think it is used only once. Really no need to make it non-
portable just for that. In the meantime, I've updated the palp spkg with a
special case for `UNAME=Darwin` to enable `-fnested-functions` on OSX. I
tested the new spkg on bsd.math and it compiles fine.
