 Now that's weird:

 When I define
 {{{
     def __dealloc__(self):
         if self.__domain is not None:
             Py_INCREF(self.__domain)
         if self.__codomain is not None:
             Py_INCREF(self.__codomain)
 }}}
 for sage.categories.functor.Functor, then the segfault disappears.

 Can this be a solution? It looks weird.
