Presumably somebody wanted to implement projective spaces over general
rings but has not gotten around to doing it yet. I just kept what we have
so that future generations know where to plug in the scheme morphism over
rings. Also, some elliptic curve stuff derives from it. Again thats not
really a good reason for keeping it but it might be useful in the future.
