The new ATLAS spkg builds for me on several OS X Lion machines. The self-
tests are disabled on Darwin (I realized after installing it), so they
didn't run; I'm trying again after modifying `spkg-check`. In an existing
Sage build (one in which lapack and blas were already installed), after
building ATLAS, the cvxopt spkg still fails self-tests. Do we need to
modify that spkg to tell it where to find the ATLAS libraries? Or could
there be a problem with the old lapack or blas?
