P.S.: If the build error is reproducible with that, preferably with
`MAKE="make -j1"`, as the flood of warnings already messes up the log.
Btw., parts of Singular still seem to disrespect `CXXFLAGS`, i.e.,
''some'' C++ sources are compiled only using `CPPFLAGS`.
