 It is not mentioned that one is supposed to type Ctrl-c in order to return
 to Sage's command line version.

 I think there was a recent thread on sage-support (or sage-devel?)
 started by a user who was confused about that point.

 William stated that there used to be a clearer instruction when starting
 the notebook. Hence, I believe that this ticket is a good occasion to make
 the notebook instructions clearer.
