There is indeed a linbntl.dll string within the shared library, so that
may be it.
Try
strings libntl.dll | grep libntl.dll
Anyway, using libtool should solves our problem.
At least I have previously built NTL properly with that on Cygwin and
Linux.
Let's hope it does not break on other systems.
