Thanks for all of these Anne. I have updated the pickles and and added
deprecations for all of the old tableaux class names. Perhaps I missed
something obvious, but the later turned out to be quite painful as the
deprecation scheme does not seem to support deprecation of internal
classes -- there is a (one-sided) discussion about what I think goes wrong
on sage-devel. I ended up writing dummy function wrappers for the
deprecations, which came to about 140 lines of code because of the
necessary doctests to keep sage --coverage happy. It would be nice if
there was a better way...
