 That would be a start but most of the spkg using blas have specific rules
 for OS X and we would need to change them before they start using ATLAS
 instead of veclib. From the top of my head:
  * iml (actually that would solve some problems)
  * linbox
  * numpy
  * scipy
  * cvxopt
  * R?

 I believe sage itself can cope with the change as is but it should be
 checked.
