DJ Bumi Resources: Offer For Herald Is 'Not Final,' Could Rise JAKARTA (Dow Jones)--PT Bumi Resources (BUMI.JK) could raise its offer for Herald Resources Ltd. (HER.AU) in its bidding war with the Tango consortium, Bumi spokesman Dileep Srivasta said Thursday. "This (Bumi's current offer price) is not final," Srivasta said, saying an increase to the offer "can happen" depending on what Tango does. Bumi and Tango - comprising Indonesian state nickel miner PT Aneka Tambang (ANTM.JK) and China's Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Nonfemet Co. (000060.SZ) - have both made unconditional offers of A$553.6 million for Herald.
