Hi Chris an important part to note in this new regional plan is that there are 2 zones called eco 1 and eco 2. in eco 1 zones NO development can take place..
eco 1 in the village comprises of 1) paddy fields 2) social forest areas of the communidade 3) slopes with 25% gradient or more 4) water conservations sites/ponds etc... 5) salmona spring however... MANY people wish to make the area on way to spring behind deans house for development. for those inquiaitive ones its survey no 106. almost all of it was illegally converted in the scrapped reginal plan 2011 earlier. and all the property belongs to private parties which makes them extremly sore at us and especialy at me cus i'm not allowing them to show it as development zone. since ALL of it is on the hill and marked as 25% gradient.
