During the Xmas season, particularly on Dec 24/25, the lights in the village kept failling something like 8-12 times in an evening! Probably it couldn't cope with the extra load of all the electrical decorations ... strangely, at the tourism belt the six and seven storey concrete slums have no dearth of power for their many airconditioners or water for their swimming pools.
Today too, the lights have been going off in the morning. Wonder what we can do about this.
