Dear SaligaonettersThe power problem existed when I was living in saligao. Our
transformers are rusty. What happened to the underground cable which was
inaugurated with funfare ?Was it to bluff the saligaokars ? They get carried
away with such type of propogandas because many of us do not stop to think.
Politicians take advantage of our brainless skull. albert
