Dear Saligaonetters,
I dont believe that the extra decorations during the Christmas festival created
the tripping of the electricity. if that was the case why did it not happen
during the Diwalli festival, that too was the festival of light and quiet a lot
of lights and decorations were put up during that time. Something to ponder
on!!!!!!!!

The power problem existed when I was living in saligao. Our transformers are
rusty. What happened to the underground cable which was inaugurated with
funfare ?Was it to bluff the saligaokars ? They get carried away with such type
of propogandas because many of us do not stop to think. Politicians take
advantage of our brainless skull.
