I have an issue that I would appreciate anyone's input on . . .

I have two groups of technicians that work on different shifts.  I've
adjusted each member's schedule to reflect their work hours.

The problem is as follows:
When a device goes down, say at 9PM, the PM shift get's the appropriate
notification.  As per the schedule, the AM shift does not.  Unfortunately,
if the device is still down when the AM shift arrives, they will not be
notified (since SA has already seen the device go down).

Any ideas on how I can get the next shift notified?  Our technicians are
notified by pager, so I can't send a page to the AM shift during off hours.
