Any way to use this to determine the specific device that's down?

Unfortunately,

They say when you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Well,
I'm an ASP programmer, so to me, everything looks like I can solve it
with a web page check. This is one of those times.
Set up a URL check on your SA web page, or on SA's built-in web server
on port 4310. Look for the word "DOWN".
Only schedule this check for the hours of shift changes. For example,
if you change shifts at 7am and 5pm, then only run this check at 7-8am
and 5-6pm. That way, you'll always alert people at the shift change
if something's down.
If that doesn't make sense, or if you need me to elaborate on it, let
me know.
