On request we added a new feature for the person/team alerting.
Each person can now have a "on call" schedule.
How is this used?
When a alert has to be send to a person we will
first check if the person is active
then if the person is on call
and then get the address to which the alert should be send and
this based
on the SMTP/Pager/MSN/ICQ schedule
This feature is only available in the ENTERPRISE edition of Servers Alive.
(the freeware also has it, since all feature are enabled in the freeware so
people can evaluate the full product).
