Looks like the first step in Microsoft's move to charge for the MSN messenger service...why else would they change it and not share code?...well, there is still ICQ. Dirk, does yahoo have anything that might be roughly equivalent?

Apparently MS wants us to make some kind of agreement with them over the use of the MSN network, however they are not giving any info on how to get this agreement.
