SIP is surely something we will evaluate.... (is the Live Communication

We never evaluated Jabber, if there is a "market" for it, why not...
Other people are using Jabber?

Neither AIM nor ICQ would be a solution for us since they are both America
Online products and therefore not allowed on our boxes by policy.
