Yes, my membrane from RWAP also work incorrect. But theoretically exist
very easy way for fix this "bug". ( Replace pull-up resistors on SAM
COUPE... it's not tested, but can help )
The main problem would appear with the one I have, after more testing, is
the pressure required to make the contact. Pressing really, really hard
triggers most of keys some of the time.
I've seen in the past when I once tested small bubble switches (about 0.5mm
high) to create a membrane on a PCB the rubber mat under the keys absorbs a
lot of pressure and the centre plunger part squashes to the side rather than
fully down - so that was an abandoned project (and about £84 down the drain
for the batch of the switches I bought!)
