It's impossible add mouse wheel support to SAM MOUSE. Existing software is
writed for original mouse only. Mouse driver must use special timing.
Theoretically is possible add wheel counter, but interface will return next
values with counter = incompatibility with original mouse. Software with wheel
support will work incorrect in emulator or with original mouse interface.... :(
